 Mindful Breath ~ KI combines mindfulness, various breathwork and tapping techniques with movement to cultivate and move energy to harmonize and heal the spirit.

Practice includes lying on yoga mats, sitting and standing movement with low or natural lighting and soft music.

Please bring your yoga mat
